Longest MLB Title Streaks

Seasons finished top of the league in the same category, back to back, with no year missed. A run of 3 or more.

Nellie Fox led MLB in second base putouts for 10 consecutive seasons, 1952 to 1961, the longest run in MLB history. Every one of the 50 runs on this page lasted at least 6 seasons.

A title is a season finished first in a category, not an award, and a run ends the moment somebody else finishes first — a missed season through injury breaks it just as a rival's year does. Baseball ranks fielding by position, so several of the longest runs here are defensive.
